Background
Background: A Ducati Multistrada V4S had its front and rear tires modified. Following the tire service, the vehicle's tire pressure sensors must be reprogrammed to synchronize with the vehicle. Otherwise, the dashboard and ECU will not be able to effectively monitor real-time tire pressure.
Preparation
Preparation: MOTOMASTER, M001A, N041/M041.
Solution
Solution:Using OBDSTAR MOTOMASTER to operate on【Tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) presence enabling/disabling】and 【TPMS code writing】functions.
Note: After completing sensor programming, the standard tire pressure values must be set through the vehicle's dashboard.
Detail Steps:
①Select 【MOTO Diag】--【DUCATI】--Latest Version to enter 【Diagnosis】 ;




②Click【By model】;

③Sequentially select 【M】 >【Multistrada V4S】 > 【1158】 >【2021 model】 ;

④Click【Manual selection】;

⑤Click【BBS】;


⑥Click 【Special Function】, follow the prompts, enter the password 123, Click【OK】;



⑦Click【Tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) presence enabling/disabling】 ;

⑧Click【OK】;

⑨Click【Enable】;

⑩Follow the on-screen prompt to【turn off】the vehicle ignitioTire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) presence enabling/disabling ;

⑪Turn on the vehicle ignition as prompted, wait for the function execution to complete ;


⑫The enabling operation is completed. The status bar shows【Enabled】 ;

⑬Click【Hands Free (Smart Key)】;

⑭Click【Enter】;

⑮Click 【Special Function】, Click【Agree】, enter the password 123, Click【OK】;



⑯Click【TPMS code writing】function ;

⑰Click【OK】;

⑱Click【Front and rear TPMS code writing】 ;
Note: If only programming the front or rear tire pressure sensor, choose the corresponding option.

⑲Check the code on the front tire pressure sensor housing and enter it ;



⑳Check the code on the rear tire pressure sensor housing and enter it ;



㉑Tire pressure sensors have been matched and learned successfully ;
