With the widespread adoption of low-carbon and green mobility, electric twowheelers are being used in an increasing number of scenarios. Their onboard functions have also become more advanced and intelligent, evolving from basic navigation systems to today' s smart Battery Management System. As these vehicles become more intelligent, traditional maintenance and troubleshooting methods can no longer meet current service requirements. In response, we have introduced the “NIU EM001 Diagnostic Cable,” which, when used together with our Diagnostic Scanner, enables intelligent system diagnostics, testing, and maintenance.

Description

Advanced function

1. Supports direct connection to the NIU U-series/M-series battery pack diagnostic port and the vehicle diagnostic port, enabling BMS data access via direct battery connection or special-function and information queries via the vehicle diagnostic socket;

2. Supports use as a standard OBD connector, allowing easy integration with auxiliary adapters such as RS232/485 converter for diagnostic purposes.

Note：8-inch devices (e.g., MOTOMASTER) can directly connect to vehicles for testing using the NIU EM001 Cable; 5-inch and 7-inch devices (e.g., MS50, MS70) require an [RS232/485] connector when using the EM001 cable.
