Q: Where can I find a list of supported functions for a product?
A: You can download the list of supported models for each module from the “Function Manual” on the product page of our official website, and we usually synchronize the update at the end of each month.
Q: Is it possible to activate IMMO, Cluster Calibration and Airbag Reset functions?
A: IMMO function is not supported, you can pay for cluster recalibration function.
Q: Does KeyMaster DP Plus have Airbag rest function?
A: Key Master DP Plus C configuration supports this function, A configuration does not!
Q: Do I need to puchase any additional spare parts when using Airbag reset fucntion via KeyMaster DP Plus C?
A: Yes, need to purchase P004 Adapter+P004 Jumper cable.
Q: Does P50 support multiple languages?
A: Currently only support english.
Q: Does the device need the annual subscription fee?
A: Our current policy is that upgrades are free for 1 year from the time of registration. From the 2nd year of device usage, there will be an annual subscription fee.
Q: What is the purpose of the red switch on the P004?
A: The red switch on P004 is used to control the CAN communication termination resistor. Switch #1 corresponds to high speed CAN communication and switch #2 corresponds to low speed CAN communication. The switch should remain in the ON position when the CAN line termination resistor is required.
Q: There are two groups of CAN H and CAN L on the P004, can I access one of them at will?
A: No. The two groups of pins correspond to high speed CAN type and low speed CAN type. According to the wiring definition of the device, use the CAN communication pins with corresponding numbers.
